Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. It is built from the rate published on that vehicle's page, so you can see how it is made up before you send anything, and it does not change afterwards. A dispatcher confirms the driver and the details with you, not the price. Gratuity is separate.
Is gratuity included?
No. Gratuity is customary at 15 to 20 percent and is not built into the published rate, so the price you see is the fare on its own.
How far ahead should I book?
The Escalade is usually available at short notice. For a Sprinter, or any weekend, ask as early as you can so the vehicle you want is still open, and earlier again for SXSW, ACL or the Formula 1 weekend.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number with the request and we watch it, so a delayed landing moves your pickup rather than leaving a car on the curb. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Tell the dispatcher who confirms your request. They will go through what is possible for the vehicle and date you have booked.
Can you carry a child seat?
Note the child's age on your request and a dispatcher will confirm what can be arranged for that vehicle before the day.
Is a wheelchair accessible vehicle available?
Note any mobility needs on your request and a dispatcher will check with our operators before confirming a vehicle.
What areas do you serve?
downtown Austin, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Lakeway and Westlake, San Marcos, and The Domain and north Austin. If your pickup sits outside that, send the request anyway and a dispatcher will tell you straight away whether it works.
