These terms apply when you use fantasticrides.com or book a ride with Fantastic Rides, Austin, Texas.
Our role
Fantastic Rides arranges chauffeur-driven transportation. Rides are performed by independent, licensed and insured transportation operators that we select. We are your point of contact for the booking, the price and payment.
Quotes and bookings
A quote request is not a booking. Your ride is booked only when we confirm it to you in writing and any required payment or deposit is received. Prices shown on the site are a guide; your confirmed price is the one in your confirmation.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement may show our registered business name instead of "Fantastic Rides"; if a charge is unclear, contact us and we will confirm it. By paying, you authorize the charge shown in your confirmation, plus any extra charges described in it (for example extra time beyond the booked hours, added stops or tolls) once your trip is complete.
Changes and cancellations
Your confirmation states the cancellation window and any fee for that booking. Changes are subject to vehicle availability. If we or the operator cannot provide your confirmed ride, we will offer a comparable vehicle or a full refund of what you paid for that ride.
Waiting time and no-shows
Your confirmation states the included waiting time. Waiting beyond it may be charged at the hourly rate in your confirmation. If no one arrives for a pickup and we cannot reach you, the ride may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
Passenger conduct
Passengers must follow the chauffeur's safety instructions and the law. Illegal activity, smoking, damage to the vehicle, or behavior that endangers the chauffeur or others may end the ride without refund, and cleaning or repair costs may be charged. The number of passengers may not exceed the vehicle's seating.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Text messages
If you opt in, we send service texts as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Fantastic Rides is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights or events caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. The version in effect when you book applies to that booking.
